When a worker earns S$100 for a shift, the platform fee is deducted from their earnings — not charged to the employer separately. A Platinum worker earning S$100 would receive S$95.
SHIFT Score is recalculated after every completed shift. Tier changes take effect immediately on your next accepted shift.
